as i walked down mass ave in porter square tonite (around 00:30), i saw a guy crouched-nearly-sitting on the sidewalk right near the curb, facing the street, typing away on a white ibook.

it struck me as one of those "only in a few areas would you see something like this"

claudia and i hid in air conditioning tonite.

"blue crush" was *exactly* what i expected and wanted it to be (besides just totally air conditioned). i'm so pleased.

"signs" ... well, i think he had one great movie in him, and while he can still create mood wonderfully, the film as a whole didn't rock my world.
