well, this doesn't bode well.

i refinanced my house a while back. WAMU (washington mutual bank) owns the new note.

i noticed a while back that i hadn't gotten any sort of payment coupon from them. so i finally called them. they sent it to my address in bothell, wa, where i haven't lived in over a year and which does not appear on *any* of the paperwork involving the new loan or on my bank accounts with WAMU.

great. they're clearly on the ball, here.

oh, and on top of that

liberty mutual just sent me a letter threatening to cancel my home insurance, except as far as i can tell, they never sent me a bill in the first place.

i've sent the payment in, but i want to know where the heck my bill was.

grrrr.
