oh, netflix, you wacky thing
Jan. 26th, 2009 10:55 amnow that i have more bandwidth at home, streaming on netflix is a reasonable thing to do. (previously, it wasn't, really)
lately, i've been using it to watch bad (and occasionally good) video media on my laptop while doing boring work around the house. sorting thru old financial paperwork to dump what's no longer necessary? putting away dishes? now accompanied by police procedurals and cheezy 70's movies.
i had not, until i watched it recently, realized that jonathan demme had written "black mama, white mama". which led me to discover that he wrote and directed "caged heat", which is now in my netflix queue. oh, netflix.
