(Quite seriously...) What is the current definition of "rape"? Back when I was a boy, it was fairly straightforward, there was "forcible rape", sex without actual consent, and there was "statutory rape", consensual sex with one party under the age of consent (and the penalties for the two were quite different). But it seems that "rape" is used with a different meaning now.

Rape is sex without consent. Under aged folks are by definition unable to meaningfully consent.
